Quarterly Reporting System

The conference has been working on developing a process to eliminate the yearly denominational reports—we will compile those for you from the conference office. Instead of yearly reports we have designed a simple quarterly online report for you to complete.

  1. Quarterly Pastor’s Report (for all staff): This will help us know how to help you and how to follow up with each of you. It will reflect our Bishop’s Vision Frame.This form is designed to be simple, easy and provide all necessary information to the conference for our reporting process.
